What will you be doing in the role?

• Assisting graphics team with social media graphics, internal marketing materials, and email templates
• Proofreading content and organizing assets
• Assisting in preparation and shipment of marketing materials for events
• Assisting in the maintenance and organization of the marketing asset library
• Capturing and curating content for internal marketing such as newsletters, company events, and team communication
• Supporting the Marketing team in the planning, setup, and execution of webinars, including handling registrations, promoting events, and assisting with technical logistics.

Who are we looking for?

• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong written, verbal, and proofreading skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization
• Friendly, warm, and outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset
• Desire to learn and grow in a marketing and design role
