Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
• Answer inbound phone calls.
• Organize and participate in community events to showcase our products.
• Place outbound phone calls to potential customers. 
• Schedule Appointments for Sales Reps. 
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Create and manage a marketing budget.
• Manage, hire, train, and evaluate event promoters/lead generators.
• Engage with potential customers to build interest in our products and services.
• Ensure a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance customer experience with the Lifespan Bath Remodel brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in social media marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for community engagement.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
