Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team building T-REX’s brand and converting our audience into customers. The Associate will support the Marketing team in planning and executing across all workstreams, including our research, website, content, PR, and ad campaigns. The Associate will be integral to Marketing achieving its departmental objectives and results. A successful Associate at T-REX is someone who is passionate about both marketing and technology, and who exhibits curiosity, diligence, and tenacity in their work.

You’ll work under the direction of the department’s Director and your day-to-day focus will include:

● You’ll design and manage T-REX’s LinkedIn posts and organic marketing assets

● You’ll work with our commercial team to customize collateral and make presentation decks for clients and prospects

● You’ll hone your project management skills by trafficking work for reviews and delivery between T-REX’s agency and the Marketing team 

● You’ll help ensure that T-REX and agency teams are tracking to schedules and deliverables are on time

● You’ll be the key person driving execution of our branded sponsorships at key industry events

● You’ll coordinate the department’s meetings with other T-REX’s teams and outside vendors

● You’ll help share the work of Marketing with the rest of T-REX

This role may be right for you if:

● You have 1-2 years of industry experience, or you’ve just graduated college but have relevant internship experience

● You have a Bachelor’s degree in a communications or liberal arts discipline

● You’re a team player with the ability to work independently and drive processes across the team (startup experience is a plus!)

● You enjoy learning complex new subjects

● You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex topics to people with varying backgrounds

● You love to build genuine connections with the people you work alongside
