Function of the Role:
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing, creating and supporting all projects regarding our core services. This Is a highly collaborative role that will engage with all the marketing team and direct marketing manager.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days in person, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, in our Boston office weekly.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:• Acquiring new customers through performance advertising, digital and offline marketing, cross-promotion, social, and additional test channels;• Digital Marketing: Help execute campaigns, including SEO optimization projects• Webinar execution & event support for client events• Customer Experience - Reaching out to clients to create testimonials on their experience and work closely with consultant team to create client case studies• Email Marketing (list segmentation and email content execution)• Helping identify marketing trends and key industry opportunities• Trade marketing: Creating multiple contents for sales and consulting team through different formats like articles, sales deck, social posts e.g• Assist with our Editorial plan, post content to our social media platforms• Website: optimization of content, improvement of our core services pages and publishing insights (articles, podcasts, videos, webinar..); Help execute digital Marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization projects; Reporting and monthly analysis of all marketing activities
Desired Skills & Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business• 2-4 years of Project Marketing experience in a fast growth company, ideally in the financial, accounting, or consulting sectors• A passion for product marketing and content creation with a keen eye for design• Ability to create effective messaging and tell compelling stories about our innovation products to any audience; customers, internal team,
or industry at large• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word• Experience with the following tools: Canva, Wordpress, Stripo, Marketo or Templafy• Excellent presence, verbal skills, and written communications process• Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced, hands-on Startup environment
Physical Requirements:• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
