About p0x labs

p0x labs, a group developing technologies behind projects including Manta Network, delivers privacy for web3 applications and decentralized assets through use of zero-knowledge proofs. The project is built in accordance with first principles, by applying cutting-edge cryptographic constructions such as zkSNARKs to design and deploy protocols with high performance and strong privacy/security guarantees.

Manta Network is supported by leading investors including Polychain and Binance Labs. The founding team has extensive experience in the blockchain space and come from educational institutions including Harvard and MIT, and leading web3 projects such as Algorand. If you are excited about building privacy-preserving solutions using zero-knowledge proofs, building blockchain applications, or learning about Polkadot ecosystems, then we want to hear from you.

We're looking for an ambitious, creative and action-oriented Marketing Associate to lead Manta Network and its brand into the next chapter of launch. The ideal candidate for this position deeply understands web3 and zero-knowledge proofs, and has a passion for growing and shaping communities all around the world.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies

Oversee social media and digital marketing campaigns

Take control of the brand and align all team members on messaging

Oversee community engagement including events, AMAs, and other community development programs

Design and manage campaigns and strategies with quarterly goals and clear KPIs to measure success and iterate

Manage P&L/budgets for Marketing

Represent Manta Network at conferences, online AMAs, and other events and deliver messaging in an inspiring and engaging manner

Requirements:

2+ years experience at a high-growth web3 startup

3+ years experience in Digital Marketing

Experience with growing web3 communities

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Metrics-oriented, with a bias for measuring, reporting, and improving KPIs

Experience developing strong brands

Experience developing go-to-market strategy with community-led-growth (CLG) and product-led-growth (PLG)

Proven leadership experience

Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs is a plus
