Marketing Associate

The Mission

A Marketing Associate at Caylent explores all aspects of B2B AWS partner marketing. You will have the opportunity to learn about AWS products and services as well as our unique go-to-market strategies, in addition to usual modern marketing functions such as content production, market research, social media and brand development. 

You will be tasked to manage the ideation, development and execution of content production for our tiktok account. You will also support the management of our LinkedIn and Twitter profiles and tactical initiatives such as LinkedIn Live and Twitter Spaces. 

As a Caylien, we look for you to be a self-starter, motivated to take the first step in your marketing journey. You use creativity, fortified by an analytical and data-centric approach. Working with the Marketing Campaign Manager and our content producer, you will develop engaging content that showcases our unique strengths and culture at Caylent to attract both customers and talent.

You will be a part of a small but highly productive and agile team of collaborative marketers. In addition to responsibilities laid out above, you will have the opportunity to support individuals across our team with responsibilities ranging from content production to website management, event marketing, offering/collateral development, and more.

Your Assignment

• TikTok content research, ideation, production and posting
• Publishing and managing content on the website
• Working with Caylent marketing team on all-hands initiatives
• Social platform management and regular posting
• Reporting performance and exploring opportunities for growth and improvement
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Your Qualifications

• 0-1 Years of B2B Marketing Experience
• Experience and passion for content production
• Experience with social platforms such as TikTok, Twitter & LinkedIn
• Raise the bar attitude 
• Critical Thinker
• Commitment to execution and accountability 
• Enthusiastic and collaborative approach 
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
