Marketing Associate

National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a new team member for our marketing department; A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with strong writing skills, who is proactive, and open to learning and growing their skills. This opportunity is for an organized and talented individual who can multitask while completing projects within deadlines. The position is full-time, on-site, Mon.-Fri. in Newark, NJ

Work Scope:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling subject lines and content.
• Build followers on social media platforms
• Engage with followers and seek out social media alliances/influencers
• Create videos to drive brand awareness through compelling content

Skills: (Ideal, but not all are required):

• Excellent written & verbal English communication and creative writing skills; grammar, structure & punctuation
• Experience working with email builders (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
• Graphic Design 101 - basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe CS)
• Video editing skills (e.g., Invideo, and other AI software tools)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Skills to Have

• Bilingual is a ++
• Knowledge of Klavio and other lead generation programs
