A Little About the Role 

Are you a creative and social media-savvy individual with a passion for influencer marketing and content creation? If you are eager to contribute to the growth and success of MagicLinks' creator network, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Marketing Associate for Creators. As the VP of Marketing, Play a vital role in supporting our creator marketing initiatives and ensuring our social channels and email communication with creators remain engaging, relevant, and effective.

Full-time Location: Remote in select states* or hybrid in  Venice, CA in the heart of an inspiring and eclectic artist community.

Responsibilities:

As the Marketing Associate for Creators, you will report directly to the Creator Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with our creator community. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing our social media channels for creators, crafting compelling social posts, and maintaining a strong and vibrant online presence. Additionally, you will be instrumental in executing our email marketing efforts, particularly creating brand placement emails and pop-ups to promote brand sales within our creator network.

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for our creator-focused social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) to ensure regular and engaging posts that align with MagicLinks' brand voice and resonate with our creator community
  • Create eye-catching and compelling social media posts and emails that showcase the value of MagicLinks to content creators, promote brand campaigns, and encourage creators to leverage our platform
  • Foster positive relationships with creators through active engagement on social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and showcasing user-generated content
  • Work closely with the Creator Marketing Manager to design, develop, and implement effective email marketing campaigns targeting our creator network, focusing on brand placement emails and pop-ups to drive brand promotions and sales
  • Monitor the performance of social media posts and email campaigns, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with brand partners to coordinate brand promotion campaigns and ensure that creator-facing content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Identify and curate user-generated content from our creator community to feature on social channels and in marketing materials, showcasing the value and impact of MagicLinks
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and influencer marketing developments to bring fresh ideas and insights to our marketing strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and community management, with a clear understanding of social media best practices and trends
  • A creative flair for designing visually appealing and engaging social media posts that resonate with our creator audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with creators, brand partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and experience in creating effective email campaigns preferred
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content and messaging
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • A genuine interest in influencer marketing and the creator community, with a desire to contribute to their success through innovative marketing strategies
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $70,000.

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level of experience relevant to the job. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
