Job Description

Marketing Associate

Vivvi is reinventing child care and early learning for today’s families. We are seeking a marketing associate to join our growing team.

As a marketing associate, you’ll work with Vivvi’s brand and marketing team to support and grow lead generation across our channels. You’ll work cross functionally with the Operations, Sales and Client Success teams to understand our prospective families and key audience segments, and will support and track integrated campaigns to reach and convert these audiences from advertising, content, social, email, and referrals. You’ll also support the marketing function overall — making sure that we are consistently excellent across channels as we grow.

Responsibilities

In this role you will…

  • Work with the team to ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success
  • Support maintenance of our CRM system (Hubspot) to ensure accurate and transparent communication, campaigns and reporting
  • Own day-to-day management of our field marketing team and Marketing Intern
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal tools such as Google Drive, Asana and Wordpress
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, including owned channels such as email
  • Assist with event and program planning, including marketing assets, bookings and event coordination and logistics
  • Work with Director of Marketing, sales and operations team to optimize growth in both B2C and B2B audiences

Requirements

  • You’re excited about working for a fast-growing startup and bring a “no task too small” mentality
  • You’re excited about and have experience with event and field marketing
  • You’re a detail-oriented and organized thinker; you’re able to handle small details without losing sight of the larger goal
  • You love to problem solve and tackle new challenges
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills, and you’re excited to be a part of a small but growing team
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, a Bachelor's degree, and are familiar with the following software/tools: Hubspot, Google Workspace
  • You are passionate about making an impact: on young children, family’s lives, education, and affecting a generational shift by helping more parents stay in the workforce

Vivvi provides childcare and early learning for today’s families, and we work with employers of all sizes to make exceptional care and learning more accessible and affordable. With trained, passionate teachers, flexible offerings and global coverage across beautiful campuses, in-home, in-office and virtual tutoring offerings, we provide parents with peace of mind while offering employers a powerful tool for recruitment, retention and productivity.

Benefits

  • Full-time, salaried role
  • Investment in your growth and skill development as a member of the growing Central Office team
  • Competitive pay, including stock options
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Free child care
  • Ability to work in NYC office 3 days per week. Candidates must possess independent US work authorization.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion or religious creed, mental or physical disability, medical condition, genetic information, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, military or veteran status, or other characteristics protected by state or federal law or local ordinance.

One of Vivvi’s values is to treat each other with honor for the whole person (not just the roles we fulfill). This means we acknowledge each others’ rich experience, cultures, backgrounds, perspectives, and skills to reach the best outcomes. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
