Job Description:
Converge, an Arrow Company is looking to add a Marketing Associate focused on content generation and social media to our global marketing team.
Converge, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arrow Electronics focused on supporting our customers through shortages, excess inventory and obsolescence management of electronic components in a dynamic supply chain.
This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and have a hybrid and flexible schedule to accommodate a work life balance.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Close collaboration with the marketing team as well as a global organization of subject matter experts and industry professionals.
• Develop a content strategy to support thought leadership materials that exemplify Converge's expertise in the electronics industry.
• Manage a highly organized content calendar for internal and external communications including blog, internal emails, quarterly newsletters, and more.
• Research, write and publish thought leadership materials that educate our audience on market conditions, current news, and how Converge can support.
• Design and produce social media and content graphic assets that meet brand standards.
• Support needed content updates, additions and revisions to website pages and content.
• Responsible for reporting on Key Performance Indicators of social media, web, and content performance report.
• Help grow followers on Converge social media accounts.
• Support design of graphics, video, social media assets, email marketing assets and more .
• Keyword and content optimization for primary rankings on SEO
• Work closely with team on email marketing and nurturing campaigns through Hubspot.

• Experience with Asana, Wordpress, Canva, SEO Tools, Marketing Automation Tools
• Keen eye for design and detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$21.59 - $28.03
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
