Why This Role Is Important to Us
The Marketing Associate role is critical for executing on the marketing strategy. Driving high-quality lead generation and revenue campaigns while increasing brand awareness is key to the organization’s growth objectives, which the marketing associate will play a pivotal role in. This role is critical to the success of our B2B marketing engine.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing materials and campaigns aimed at B2B lead generation and customer conversion for various channels such as email, social media, SEO, content creation, ads and events
- Conduct in-depth research on different verticals to identify the best places to run campaigns
- Contribute to the content creation for marketing assets
- Work with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing strategy
- Brief and collaborate with the talented creative team to ensure alignment and execute and deliver marketing campaigns and assets
- Collaborate with the sales and partner success teams to identify problems and opportunities for campaigns
- Review campaign performance, analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Communicate with stakeholders and various internal departments on statuses and results of marketing campaigns

A Typical Day Looks Like
- Managing campaign timelines, milestones and key info in all marketing trackers
- Researching potential new platforms for campaigns
- Setting up and launching marketing campaigns in various different programs, platforms and channels
- Aligning with the Marketing Manager on campaign dates, priorities, etc
- Schedule, run and recap various marketing meetings
- Disseminate status updates to the wider team
- Work with the creative team to strategize and review key asset deliverables and help maintain status. Track and manage all assets from ideation to delivery to ensure dates and deliveries are being met
- Reviewing final content for quality control of deliverables
- Manage asset distribution—ensure all platforms have final files through various delivery methods
