As a Marketing Associate with a focus on Lead Generation, you will have a critical role in advancing our mission by driving prospects into our sales pipeline and enhancing our employer branding. Your expertise in lead generation strategies, your understanding of how to engage prospects, and your ability to promote our company culture will fuel our business growth and talent acquisition efforts.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Marketing Associate - Lead Generation Specialist, your primary role is to drive and manage our lead generation strategies while contributing to our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing lead generation strategies.
- Creating engaging content for lead gen campaigns.
- Leveraging art & graphic design skills to create compelling visuals.
- Executing on content calendar based on predefined calendar and approval processes.
- Driving our social media presence, focusing on lead generation activities and employer branding.
- Collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead conversion.
- Organizing webinars, virtual events, and company events aimed at generating leads and promoting our company culture.
- Enhancing our employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts through storytelling, understanding internal communications, and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Maintaining and enhancing the company website to optimize lead generation and promote our employer brand.

Requirements
- Experience in marketing roles, with a significant focus on lead generation and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of lead gen strategies, digital marketing best practices, and employer branding strategies.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used for lead generation, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Hubspot, and Wordpress.
- Strong art & graphic design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop.
- Powerpoint skills, video creation/editing skills, and a familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Storytelling abilities, understanding of internal communications, and ability to leverage data-driven insights.
- Located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area or Raleigh (Preferred).

While our preference is for our employees to live in the Raleigh NC or Tampa FL area we are open to entirely remote work from anywhere in the US. The salary for this role will range from $50,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
