Marketing Associate - Canton

This is a great opportunity to join a company that is actively developing and acquiring new real estate projects and has a number of developments in the pipeline. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Associate to help us keep growing. This position will work closely with the Leasing and the Development teams.

Responsibilities - As Marketing Associate you will manage and maintain Google Business Profiles for our current and future the multi-family, commercial and self-storage facilities. You will be responsible to create and update all print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, email blasts, contact lists, etc. Create, update and maintain company-wide websites, social media pages, and incentive programs. . In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of slideshow presentations for Neighborhood meetings as well as, Planning Boards meetings.

Salary: $38,000-$68,000

Qualifications -

= 1 to 5 years experience in the Marketing field.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

- Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media platforms and Go Daddy website design.

- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing or Design)
