Associate, Content & Communications, Marketing

What you’ll do:

• Support in Klook Hong Kong digital marketing and communications

• Work with internal team and external partners e.g. agency, social media platform etc.. to drive execution excellence of content and social media marketing.

• Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape 

• Content creation on social media and blog;

• Manage social media and KOL community

What you’ll need:

• 1-2 years experience in consumer and retail marketing/ social media marketing. 

• Digital savvy, stay ahead of social media trends

• Creative, fun, outgoing personality, enjoy interaction and engagement with people

• Ability to create simple social media content e.g. basic knowledge of photography and photo editing skills would be a plus

• Resilient, performance-driven individual, able to deal with pressure and change.

• Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail and understanding of how e-commerce works

• Good organizational, presentation, administrative skills and problem solving skills, great passion in marketing related tasks

• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Chinese;

• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required

• Experience in the travel or e-Commerce industry is a plus.
