Position Purpose:
The Senior Marketing Associate is a key member of the Stericycle Commercial Go-To Market team. This role will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Integrated Marketing team by developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate features and benefits of new and existing products/services to customers, develop messaging and market positioning. Additionally, they will be responsible for communicating the vision and value of services to the sales team, develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process, and liaising with key stakeholders across the Commercial organization.
This is a HYBRID position. May work from our Bannockburn, IL or downtown Chicago, IL office!
Essential Duties:
The Senior Marketing Associate will be accountable for helping achieve Stericycle's strategic goals and priorities by managing and executing demand and revenue generation campaigns and tracking the effectiveness of these programs, while reporting on KPIs and ROI.
Project Management:• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects including time, activities and resources• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to internal/external stakeholders, communicating program details, performance, and other essential metrics
Campaign Program Design and Execution:• Manage all phases of integrated marketing campaigns including strategy & planning, development, execution and analysis• Executes comprehensive tactical lead generation programs designed to increase the number of new business sales leads. This includes creating detailed campaign project plans and critical paths• Coordinates the integrated tactics with the internal marketing teams to develop key assets and execute on specific channels which include: Digital, social medical, public relations, content creation, e-mail and nurture and data analytics• Align best practices in targeting, messaging and engagement strategies to deliver campaigns that drive profitable growth through optimal customer experiences• Manage the development of sales and marketing content/collateral - i.e. sell sheets, key product/message documents, email content, sales tools, product/service webpages, etc. following trends within the industry and/or marketing objectives and ensure a thorough editing and review process and stakeholder alignment/approvals • Maintains awareness and tracking of sales forecasts and results against while managing marketing costs and return on investment of campaigns• Prepares and delivers presentations to internal/external audiences on issues such as campaign planning, execution and analysis• Fosters and supports innovation and breakthrough ideas on programs; actively generates, seeks and takes advantage of best practices and value added solutions
Performance Management:• Provide detailed metrics on marketing program performance that align with sales and company goals• Contribute to market and revenue growth in the Independent healthcare market• Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing programs and campaigns• Collaborate with Sales leaders to better understand performance and unblock any barriers to revenue
Sales Enablement: • Manage and deliver content, processes, practices, and tools to support Sales throughout the pre-sales process and buyer's journey• Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing partners to enhance sales capabilities to improve conversion potential

Education & Experience :
• Bachelor's or college degree in a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience.• 3+ years' experience in a product management or marketing specialist role, preferably in a B2B services environment• Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and lead integrated projects• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate at various levels of the organization including within marketing, across the commercial organization and with external stakeholders• Successful track record executing high-impact marketing campaigns• Experience working in a complex direct marketing environment that is fast paces and changing• Strong working knowledge of email best practices and automation platforms, preferably Eloqua and Pardot• Experience building campaigns and report dashboards in Salesforce
