Responsibilities · Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, etc) · Collaborate with creative, media, and content teams to develop assets and messaging · Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights using analytics tools · Support loyalty program initiatives, route launches, and seasonal promotions · Help manage brand consistency across all customer touchpoints · Track trends and competitor strategies to keep our marketing fresh and competitive · Support sales campaign when necessary Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in aviation, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). · 1-3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in air travel industry) · Strong understanding of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email automation tools) · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player · Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus) Benefits -Monthly salary between USD3500 and USD5700 -401K, the Company will match up to 3% of your monthly salary provided you contribute at least 2% or more -Health and Dental insurance, the Company offers PPO -Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,700.00 - $5,700.00 per month Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off Ability to Commute: • Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Required) Work Location: In person
