Marketing Automation and Segmentation Manager (Remote)
Job Description
This position is part of a fully remote team with a home office in Cincinnati, Ohio. Team members are free to live wherever they would like within the US.
The ideal candidate for Bon Secours Mercy Health's CRM Automation and Segmentation manger has proven technical experience in implementing and overseeing digital marketing journeys, campaigns and related integrations using advanced marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, Mercury Healthcare / Healthgrades or similar).
Proven technical experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform) and deep knowledge of SQL audience query and related automation building is required.
The marketing automation and segmentation manager will work closely with all areas of the marketing automation team to execute consumer journeys, corresponding audience queries/automations and data integrations.
This role will execute personalized digital marketing journeys with advanced customer data that drive meaningful interactions and conversions across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has deep experience working across digital marketing functions to execute trackable, ROI-driving journeys and campaigns.
Essential Job Functions:
- Leads development and execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign and journey audience queries, automations, and related integrations.
- Ensures marketing automation campaigns and journeys are seamlessly executed across platforms (email, text, automated phone calls, etc.)
- Assist in the technical implementation and execution of lead generation efforts and tools
- Reviews campaign performance to optimize evaluate segmentation queries, journey flows and other areas for improvement/growth.
- Work collaboratively with other team members on CRM and marketing automation tool enhancements
- Support marketing automation reporting through activity data sharing efforts and optimizations
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation systems, CRM systems, data feeds and related best practices
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and advanced list/audience segmentation
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot or similar)
- Experience with system integrations and APIs
- Ability to learn new systems, coding languages and data architecture
- Strong interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
- Effective campaign/outreach reporting skills
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred
- Experience with healthcare marketing or patient outreach
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
