As a part of the O.C. Tanner Marketing Operations team, you will be an integral part in pushing the global lead management and automation strategy forward within the company. You love working with other people and departments within a B2B organization and find ways to execute on improvements and upgrades to O.C Tanner's marketing automation and CRM systems. You are able to provide guidance and direction to other groups to ensure that coordination and implementation of new tools and systems align within the ecosystem of marketing systems to ensure optimization and utilization of best practices is maintained.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate across departments within O.C. Tanner and execute on automation systems to drive marketing and sales funnel optimization
- Manage marketing automation operations, systems, and infrastructure. Constantly be aware of data issues and initiatives and proactively work to remedy and align data across systems and marketing technology stack.
- Manage the technical aspects and lead flow across key marketing and sales systems to help with lead routing, progression, and reporting. (Systems like Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe/Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
- Oversee and document data and lead flow and internal system relationships.
- Work cross functionally with ABM and Field marketing teams to pull targeted large enterprise lists in order to support ongoing targeted campaigns and demand lists
- Stay up to date on industry best practice and work across departments to implement.
- Ability to support the global teams at O.C. Tanner and develop instances and system processes for them.
Job Requirements
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of Marketing Automation Operations experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to come up with creative ideas in conjunction with system improvements
- Strong work management skills
- Detailed knowledge of current technology stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Tableau, etc.
- Adobe Certified Professional - Marketo Engage Business Practitioner is preferred
- Ability to solve problems swiftly
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, etc.
- Ability to coordinate, manage and execute multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives concurrently
