About the role
Arkose Labs is looking for a seasoned expert of Marketing Automation who will manage Marketing Automation/Operations and Email Marketing functions. Through well-orchestrated campaigns, you will optimize leads quality and awareness of the Arkose brand and elevate buyers’ experiences in our key market segments. You will be responsible for meeting the quarterly pipeline targets for all regions along with other marketing teams.Â
You will report directly to the Director of digital marketing and marketing operations to align the marketing automation and operations plan with the entire company plan, and implement best practices in campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the ABX, web, product marketing, content marketing, global events, and digital marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own Marketo as a marketing automation platform for marketing operations optimization and for email marketing campaigns. Work with marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns while increasing lead quality.
- Be hands-on in implementing marketing automation campaigns, email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, routing support, debugging and fixing issues in Marketo and in other integrated systems’ related areas.
- Upload leads and contacts lists in Marketo as needed and ensure that lead is enriched, scored and synced with CRM (Salesforce) with all the required and desirable field values. Drive standardization of such lists for the rest of the marketing team to follow.
- Monitor and optimize lead quality by maintaining/improving the integrations of lead handling and enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Lean Data, Salesforce, Full Circle Insights, Outreach, 6 sense or equivalent etc.)
- Provide regular insights and reporting to prove efficiency of the marketing operations and to help other marketing teams focus in the right areas based on the data in order to make a positive pipeline impact.Â
- Track campaign performance metrics from the first touch to revenue generation closely. Understand and follow UTM parameters and related industry standards as it relates to paid marketing.Â
- Partner closely with the demand gen, ABX, digital, content, web, creative teams to get required assets/creatives and deliver/automate campaigns for them.
- Build scalable marketo programs and best-practice structures that reduces maintenance requirements in the long term while satisfying short term needs.
- Participate in and contribute to the global campaign roadmap and execution planning. Communicate the plan effectively with key stakeholders, including the sales, marketing, product, and customer success leadership teams.
- Drive excellence in our campaign operations and reporting. Offer feedback and advice for improvements. Share insights and drive optimization efforts cross-functionally.
Requirements
You must have:
- At least 5 years of marketing automation, marketing operations and email nurture experience in marketing for B2B SaaS companies using Marketo or equivalent platform. Experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention space is a strong plus.
- Highly experienced in interpreting marketing analytics.Â
- Experience in Salesforce, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Outreach, LeanData, BrightTALK, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and/or attribution tools (Full Circle Insights or Bizible) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A growth mindset, and be willing to experiment and improve. Comfortable in a high pace environment.
