About You:
As an exceptional communicator with a good understanding of current marketing trends, you are ready to fill the role of Marketing Automation Manager. With your excellent project management skills and in-depth knowledge of marketing automation, you can run B2B campaigns with ease and can manage several projects simultaneously. You are a problem solver and have a strong attention to detail. You combine strategy, creativity, and technical skills to build a brand, increase leads, and grow the bottom line. You are ready to tackle the three key responsibilities of campaign management, reporting & data, and automation & technology.
Campaign Management
- Build marketing campaigns & comprehensive programs including but not limited to product promotions, webinar series, events (virtual and in-person), market research, and other custom and/or customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion programs
- Devise campaign timelines and schedules. Maintain a shareable schedule for campaign management using Monday.
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of traditional, digital, and ad-based marketing campaigns and their success via key marketing metrics, leads, MQLs, conversions
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Test, collect, and analyze data, identify SEO/SEM/ad trends, and gain insights about target customers' likes and dislikes to maximize ROI from an SEO/SEM/ad campaigns
- Work with lead generation & client support teams to gather qualitative data on campaigns and optimize campaign results
- Develop simple tools in HubSpot (landing pages, forms, webinar assets) to support events and campaigns
- Support the sales department in regional summit campaigns (from registration to post-summit reporting)
Reporting & Data
- Use campaign result data and feedback to iterate campaigns in real-time
- Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns; collect and disseminate metrics and analytics about customer engagement and conversion across channels
- Compile monthly reports and maintain dashboards of campaign performance and results (key marketing metrics, leads, MQLs, & conversions)
- Work with operations team to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and the impact they have on new business, retention, and upsell
- Be the protector of marketing data to ensure its accuracy and adherence to company privacy and data management policies
- Manage conference and event lead upload and scoring
Automation & Technology
- Manage and deliver the marketing technology stack to help support campaigns & frontline teams, including day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Maintain marketing automation integration with HubSpot and assist in the integration of additional platforms into marketing automation software
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for new and existing marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales and improve efficiencies
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot such as managing persona categorization, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and segmentation
Position Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience: Minimum two years' experience in marketing automation or campaign management
- Skills/Knowledge: Campaign management, SEO, CRM (preference for HubSpot), marketing automation, lead-scoring, MQL management, digital asset management
