About The RoleÂ
Reporting to the Director, Demand Marketing, this role will be primarily responsible for managing a center of excellence-based marketing automation program. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking the lead on Marketo best practices and overall marketing automation program development and optimization.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing Doma’s Marketo instance, including strategy and tactics for email/lead nurturing, lead lifecycle, global Marketo operations, integration oversight, and reporting/analytics.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Build, test, launch, and optimize campaigns including: email template setup, campaign setup, lead nurture, event promotion, ABM, data management, A/B testing, schedule tracking, and campaign performance metrics.Â
- Manage prospect to lead generation scoring, lead tracking, providing analysis of prospect and lead tracking in partnership with Sales and MarketingÂ
- Build and maintain automated programs within Marketo for data hygiene, data enrichment, progressive profiling, customized governance filters and complianceÂ
- Oversee the email marketing program, including working collaboratively on creative development, list management and segmentation strategies, testing, execution, tracking and refinementÂ
- Manage integration of social media channels for lead import and ad trackingÂ
- Optimize and recommend improvements to marketing technology stack including overall plan for utilization and regular health checks on performance and effectiveness.Â
- Works with operations and web teams regarding Marketo – related aspects of integrations (SFDC), Marketo integrations via SOAP and REST APIs, database health, and new initiativesÂ
- Oversee usage of responsive email and landing page templates (HTML, CSS)Â
- Act as subject matter expert with regard to email marketing automation best practices, industry standards and web tracking toolsÂ
Required Skills & ExperienceÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experienceÂ
- 5+ years of experience in high-tech, B2B marketing operations and marketing automationÂ
- Knowledge of interface and data flow between Marketing Automation tools and CRM, preferably SFDCÂ Â
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) / Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - Marketo Engage Business PractitionerÂ
- Proficiency in creating technical/training documents, best practices, and guidelinesÂ
- Strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skillsÂ
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentÂ
- Knowledge of email marketing compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA)Â
Nice to haveÂ
- Experience with web analytics tools including Google AnalyticsÂ
- Knowledge of responsive web design and frameworksÂ
- Experience developing responsive HTML email templatesÂ

Shown below is the lowest to highest base salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the base salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.  At Doma, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
This job is also eligible for the following compensation components: Bonus
