What we're looking for
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. This is a strategy plus execution role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation best practices and be able to leverage Eloqua's capabilities to drive successful campaigns and improve performance. This individual will work extensively within Eloqua and SalesForce (CRM). This role reports to our Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing.

What you'll do
- Eloqua platform administrator/owner–Manage and maintain our Eloqua marketing automation platform, ensuring proper configuration and efficient use of the system.
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and lead scoring models using Eloqua.
- Ensure proper implementation and configuration of Eloqua web forms across web properties.
- Develop and maintain segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Implement and optimize lead routing processes to ensure efficient distribution of leads among sales teams, enhancing response times and maximizing conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing teams, to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
- Stay current with Eloqua updates and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement and growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Eloqua platform, partnering with IT or external vendors when necessary.
- Conduct regular audits of the Eloqua platform to maintain data hygiene and compliance with relevant regulations.
Skills you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working in marketing/marketing operations or with a marketing automation agency
- 3+ years of hands on keys experience using Eloqua.
- Proficiency in email marketing, lead nurturing, lead funnels and demand generation terms and best practices.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from data to inform campaign decisions.
- Eloqua certifications of any type are a strong plus.

You’ll be working in your home office setting. We hold virtual training sessions and weekly team meeting. Occasional offsite team meetings in your region or our HQ locations. Requires frequent, repetitive use of a computer, phone, and office equipment. Requires patient, professional communication with prospective clients, and the ability to build confidence with prospects.
Compensation
- $100000 - $125000 / year
