This Digital Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for supporting Syndigo’s digital strategy, with a specific focus on Marketo programs and automation. They will execute campaigns and keep a pulse audiences, segmentation, and overall analytics to continually improve and optimize.
This is a key role in planning, creating, and executing Syndigo’s digital marketing strategy, as well as leading the charge on reporting how campaigns and cross-channel efforts are impacting the overall business.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record with high-growth B2B SaaS companies and demonstrates strong interest and experience in campaigns and marketing automation.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute the digital marketing strategy focused on acquisition.
- Work closely with marketing team to build out audiences, segmentation, personalization, and optimization in Marketo programs (email, social, landing pages, forms, and business workflows).
- Stay up-to-date on best practices, provide strategic recommendations, and execute updates on programs, related assets, and reports.
- Work cross-functionally in the execution of campaigns and programs that support prospecting, growth and audience engagement.
- Jump in on and leverage insights through martech integrations (intent data, ABM tools, etc) to build dynamic, targeted audiences and ad campaigns.
- Keep a pulse on email deliverability, audience cleanliness, optimal engagement, and performance.
- Track the success of campaigns and leverage salesforce reporting to provide marketing insights for the team and larger organization.
- Drive best practices and consistency within the team to adhere to various data regulations, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR Guidelines.
- Using tools such as Bizible and Salesforce, create reports and provide insights for the marketing team to share with stakeholders that showcase results, strategic opportunities, and overall ROI of marketing initiatives for the business.
- Proofread emails and short form content for clarity, impact, grammar, and spelling.
- Ability to draft effective short form communications to engage our clients and prospects such as email drafts, ad copy, landing pages and other short form copy.
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- 3+ years of experience working in B2B and experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
- Love tech – both learning about our industry and the many tools that marketing uses to provide insights that drive the business forward.
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, B2B cross-channel campaigns and ABM.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including ABM, retargeting, digital advertising, content distribution, and placement networks.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.
- Team player that is reliable, flexible, helpful and works well in a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented, superior organizational and project management skills.
- Strong copy editing/short form writing skills and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner, highly motivated, self-starter, and creative.
