Marketing Automation Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will assist in building campaigns within our marketing automation platform (Eloqua) and defining the end-to-end campaign management process. This role will require a unique blend of marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and technical savvy, and will be integral in helping our segment marketers to effectively execute on their campaigns.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit email campaigns, including canvas pathing logic, A/B/multivariate testing; QA and deployment; Continually evaluate for improvements
- Create and edit forms, including adding or removing form fields, mapping form data to contact fields, and developing complex form processing to ensure data is capture, processed, and retained effectively
- Work with segment and other marketers to ensure that Stensul emails are created according to best practices; Edit emails and email templates when updates are required
- Collaborate with MOPs and Analytics teams to define and establish KPIs; Ensure campaign measurement is in place prior to activation, and analyze campaign performance; Make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance
- Perform administrative functions within the MAP, including creating and managing users, integrating third-party platforms, monitoring system performance, and communicating the data flow to stakeholders
- Field ad hoc requests and/or questions from marketers and cross-functional partners regarding processes or technical issues within the MAP
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, including email compliance regulations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in marketing operations and/or marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong communication skills to effectively disseminate learnings and strategy (segmentation, data privacy) to different functions across the company
- The ability to work cross functionally while managing simultaneous projects with schedule constraints
- Experience assessing, developing and maintaining data cleanliness within a MAP
- Understanding of general marketing strategies
- Familiarity with both traditional and emerging marketing channels and media
- Experience in project management tools like Jira, Wrike, Asana, etc.
Salary range $70,000.00- $76,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
