Marketing Automation Specialist

Paciolan is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (MAS) working out of our Irvine, CA office. The MAS will be responsible for providing marketing automation services and support to Paciolan customers in the sports and live event space. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative team environment, and is looking for a role that will utilize their creativity, time management, and excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Duties:

• Establishing & managing professional relationships with multiple client contacts simultaneously
• Overseeing development and execution of client campaigns within the marketing automation database
• Strategic and tactical planning
• Internal coordination of client projects and best practice sharing

Responsible for:

• Advanced marketing automation campaigns
• Performance based metrics and campaign reporting
• Best practice sharing
• Front line support for client issues/troubleshooting
• Product training and implementation
• Account responsibility, task, and timeline management
  
  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Marketing/Business major preferred
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities 
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
• Experience in email marketing, marketing automation and CRM, systems
• Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce Sales cloud experience preferred
• Preferred: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
• Preferred: Customer service experience

The approximate base pay range for this position is $65,560. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
