The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Partner with campaign teams to develop campaign execution strategy and workflows and ensure campaigns adhere to business requirements.
  • Build and monitor automated campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms in Marketo.
  • Set up complex multi-series automated engagement campaigns that leverage filters, feeders, and segments.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure campaigns are executed correctly.
  • Set up campaign reporting, monitor campaign success, recommend strategy/tactics to optimize conversion rates, and execute testing practices.
  • Responsible for database segmentation based on criteria provided by stakeholders.
  • Provide broad support for marketing operations initiatives and marketing programs.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 5+ years' experience with hands-on campaign development and lead flow processes.
  • Experience with developing, operating, and administering campaigns in Marketo (marketing automation) within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in database management from a query and contact development standpoint
  • Experience in database management, marketing automation (preferably Marketo), CRM (preferably Salesforce.com), search marketing, and rules-based lead nurturing
  • Working knowledge of various contact/record appending and data enrichment services
  • Solid communications skills - both verbal and written (highly proficient in English)
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving processes
  • Self-motivated, independent worker
  • Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment
