Marketing Automation/Pardot Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of marketing efforts for current and existing partners as well as promoting our proprietary technology platform UI.Marketing. The Marketing Automation Specialist will work closely with the Marketing team to support all aspects of marketing automation and lead generation efforts through our CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot).

• Manage communication efforts in Pardot to current and prospective partners
• Manage and create landing pages for lead generation efforts
• Manage updates and additions to nurture streams
• Create HTML for new assets in Pardot
• Build new automations and workflows within Pardot
• Provide strategic insight into the effectiveness of multiple automation efforts
• A/B test to optimize communication effectiveness
• Assist with Salesforce report creation and updates
• Other duties as needed

• Remote team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

$60,000 - $65,000 including salary and bonuses

Requirements

• The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and Pardot
• 2+ year digital marketing experience
• Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, analytical, a self-starter, and show strong attention to detail
• The candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be an innovative thinker, creative problem solver, and effectively manage multiple on-going assignments in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• Experience with Web-based CMS/marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Pardot
• Experience with marketing campaign analytics
• Knowledge of HTML
