Ā Anaplan is looking for a Marketing Business Systems Analyst who will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing solutions to optimize Sales and Marketing Operations. This is an opportunity to work with Marketing Operation’s internal customers such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance in order to improve business systems and process.Ā Ā 

Roles & ResponsibilitiesĀ 

As a key member of the Demand Generation Technology Operations team, you will work closely with the Marketing & Sales Operations Technology teams to implement and optimize our marketing technology stack and processes. The ideal candidate thrives on software and technology. You will analyze and evaluate business requirements, consult with personnel from various departments and identify areas for the development of technical solutions to automate and/or improve business processes.Ā Ā 

What you’ll be doing:Ā 

To be successful in the role, youā€˜ll:Ā 

  • Work alongside Business System Administrators to turn business requirements into technical specificationsĀ Ā 
  • Understand sales and marketing processes to design or improve workflows within our systems with help maximize efficiencyĀ 
  • Independently drive projects, including requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, successful project completion, launch, and maintenance.Ā 
  • Evaluate system inefficiencies, drive fit-gap assessments and provide recommendations and solutions that scaleĀ 
  • Design and build integrations and automations between enterprise applicationsĀ Ā 
  • Strong project management and collaboration with Field Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and ITĀ Ā

Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this roleĀ 

  • 4+ years in Marketo and Salesforce experienceĀ Ā 
  • Certification in Salesforce administrations and MarketoĀ 
  • Experience with and administration of multiple business systems across CRM, Marketing Automation, data enrichment, ABM, automations platforms, and other GTM applicationsĀ 
  • Experience with lead scoring and predictive analyticsĀ 
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy partnering with business stakeholders on functional processes and data challengesĀ 
  • Excited to work on complex systems with a bias for actionĀ Ā
