Marketing Campaign Analyst
Job Description
The Marketing Automation Associate supports day-to-day marketing operations to support marketing activities and tactics executed within the MA platform. This role will work with the marketing team, the Marketing Automation Senior, and the CRM manager to ensure execution of targeted marketing campaigns and communications for lead management and nurturing. This individual will assist marketers in making data driven decisions using reporting and analytics to improve campaign performance.

Essential Job Functions:
The below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.
Contribute to the build out and implementation of marketing automation solution in concert with stakeholders, then:
- Set up and execute marketing emails and campaigns
- Manage prospect and customer data in the MA platform and ensure alignment across systems
- Manage data fields, segmentation, categorization, and tags within MA platform
- Maintain MA platform integration with CRM
- Responsible for email builds, ensuring appropriate CTAs are incorporated
- Manage and oversee integrity of lists in MA platform
- Manage opt-in and email suppression lists
- Build, test, and manage workflows, sequenced and trigger campaigns
- Plan and perform A/B testing
- Advise on performance KPIs, create reporting
- Working with the Marketing Automation Senior, develop and deploy training on the MA platform
- Working with the Marketing Performance and Reporting Director, track, measure and evaluate campaign performance
- Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
Requirements:
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience building and delivering campaigns utilizing Marketing Automation tools in support of set campaign strategy.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of client journeys and basic graphic design principles.
- Beneficial but not required is experience with other up/downstream digital marketing processes and solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Certifications / Licenses:
- Certification in MS D365 or other MA platforms a plus.
Technical Competencies
- Experience managing Marketing Automation solutions such as HubSpot, Marketo, ClickDimensions, or MS D365.
Organizational Interfaces
- The Marketing Automation Associate will be part of a project team with primary line of reporting to the Director of Marketing - Communications and works closely with joint Marketing/IT project team.
Travel Requirements
- This position requires < 10% travel. This position requires occasional local travel to/from client sites and may require occasional non-local or overnight travel for client visits, training, meetings and/or other business-related purposes.
