Marketing Campaign Analytics Specialist - Remote

The Campaign Analytics Specialist will work closely with the Digital Channel and Marketing teams to identify trends within our sales and lead data, track key activities, evaluate their success, and identify how they contribute to the sales pipeline to ensure they're offering an adequate return on investment (ROI). This role is vital in continuing to focus the outbound efforts of the Digital Channel Strategy team and to raise their level of success in supporting the greater business initiatives of our Sales Organization.
You will utilize Salesforce as well as leading-edge technology like 6Sense to find pockets of hidden revenue and will manage Salesforce reports to identify and highlight the data necessary to drive revenue.
Reports to: Stefanie Hageman, Director & Head of Global Digital Channel Strategy
Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends, demand, revenue, and expenses
- Identify and Project manage future campaign opportunities based on competitive activity, client, and market trends
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
- Determine sales and marketing potential and make recommendations with actionable insights
- Maintain accurate account, contact, sales activity, opportunity and forecast information within the company's CRM system Salesforce.com
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify lead generation strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute upon integrated outbound sales and marketing campaigns
- Follow value-based selling approach to link a prospect's needs with the proper solutions
- Meet and/or exceed team solution and services revenue opportunity targets
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiencies
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn and adopt new platforms and tools quickly
- Self-motivated and tenacious, with strong organizational aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com/other CRM
- Experience with identifying market trends through sales data
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years' experience in an Analyst role
- ABM (Account Based Marketing) data a plus
- Working knowledge of lead nurturing systems
