Marketing Campaign Manager
Job Description
As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll create and manage an email testing program, working with content, designers, marketing operations, and others on the team to improve engagement (e.g., opens, clicks, conversion, and long-term returns). You will own the overall responsibility for planning and executing our email, 3rd party, and content syndication strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to influence how our automation programs, data, creative, reporting, insights and approach come together. This is a great opportunity for an experienced email marketing professional to take ownership of a rapidly expanding program within the Boston Dynamics Demand Generation team and remain deeply involved in our lead optimization processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and deploying email and 3rd party campaigns, including crafting strategy, creating / managing content, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, designing hero images, creating templates, designing and testing landing pages, building forms, creating campaign sync workflows, and managing URL/UTM tracking.
- Support the team with virtual events, trade shows, blog emails, newsletters, social media, and measuring results.
- Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across owned channels.
- Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of campaigns.
- Align with Inside Sales to monitor results of top of funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for optimizing campaigns.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing desired
- Equal strengths in technical (marketing automation program structure) and creative skills (email copy development, content topics, etc.)
- Experience with email marketing, specifically working within a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively about marketing strategy, campaign analytics, ROI, and more
- Strong understanding and experience with inbound marketing
- Creative copy writing and campaign concepts
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
