Marketing Campaign Manager
Job Description
SpotHero is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team! The campaign manager will work with various SpotHero stakeholders and channel managers to coordinate and prioritize business-to-business and business-to-consumer campaigns across several communications channels with an emphasis on quarterly planning.

What you will do:
- Develop and maintain a campaign calendar for external communications and campaigns.
- Manage the email and messaging team and long-term roadmap for this team.
- Align timing, talent and business priority in order to execute on planned campaigns.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, develop future requirements, and execute campaigns. Review prioritization decisions regularly with stakeholders and develop trusting relationships.
- Propose campaign, data, and functional changes to ensure long-term success.
- Execute campaigns as necessary to support multiple distribution channels including: Email; Text and/or App-based Messaging; Product Marketing Social Media; Public Relations; Landing Pages; Customer Support; Paid Channels and Brand marketing, as appropriate.
- Partner with editorial teams and ensure compliance with the Brand voice in all communications.
- Adopt new systems intended to improve and centralize customer data for use with on-going programs.
- Brief customer service with release dates, documentation, and customer talking points for all releases and launches.
Who you are:

- Communicative - Communicates effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
What you bring:
- A minimum of three years of direct and hands-on experience with an Email and/or Messaging application(s) and real-world experience managing complex systems and data.
- Working understanding of databases and their application with respect to online campaigns and CRM.
- Prior experience managing internal stakeholders, prioritization, and development of a roadmap and calendar.
- Strong Communication and Social Skills.
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail.
