As Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll be a core part of the Unispace’s Global Brand and Communications team within the broader Marketing & Communications org, working closing with the Global Head of Brand & Communications (based in New York) to increase brand awareness and brand health in our key markets and segments, and drive brand experience for our audience. You will also be working with team members across Asia, ANZ, EMEA and North American markets, partnering with regional marketing teams to help them get the most out of their campaigns.
You will be responsible for…
- Planning and implementing compelling, creative campaigns and brand experiences. This includes building out the brand narrative that tells our audiences (potential recruits, current employees and clients) what makes us so special.
- Building and executing paid and organic campaigns that build awareness of our brand and global thought leadership content, drive top of funnel demand, attracts and retains top talent, and turns the head of industry folk most important to us.
- Managing and promoting our global sponsorship/partnerships with major industry bodies (ISPE in life sciences and CoreNet in commercial real estate), including event planning and support.
- Hiring and managing our Communications Co-Op (based out of Boston) placement, which runs every 6 months.
- Driving growth of our Instagram channel by coaching the co-op on best practice, optimisation and reporting
- Maintaining and refreshing content on our digital channels – website, LinkedIn Life page, social bios
- Partnering with our digital marketing lead to optimize our core digital channels and get the most out of our digital agency to improve SEO performance and global campaign performance (for brand campaigns and global thought leadership)
You are skilled in…
- Campaign and communications planning, with the utmost attention to detail
- Persuasive communications – strong visual literacy and writing skills, you know how to persuade audiences to take action.
- Leading and engaging others, whether that’s coaching an intern or getting peers and senior stakeholders to partner with you.
- Juggling multiple priorities and supporting team members in different/remote locations from you.
- Storytelling – you know how to turn a few key messages into short and long-form content and build our campaign messaging to drive people to that collateral/asset.
You have experience…
- Planning and executing omni-channel campaigns (paid and organic, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Managing external agencies, freelancers and partnerships
- Developing playbooks/training to help upskill the wider team on best practice campaigns and use of social media channels
Base Salary $85,000 - $100,000/yr
