Milliman is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to provide overall support to our sales team to create brand awareness and drive increased sales opportunities for a suite of industry leading software solutions targeted to insurance companies around the world. The ideal candidate will have a background in the financial services industry and will have experience in using leading demand capture/creation applications to facilitate new business opportunities. The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for B2B marketing campaigns using Salesforce and related tools, assisting in coordination of industry tradeshows, internal events, maintaining and updating marketing materials for website, creating/editing content, and more.

The Team
Our team is an entrepreneurial software business. We provide industry-leading solutions for actuaries and sophisticated analysts at insurers around the world.
You will manage the marketing efforts for our team and solutions. Most members of our team wear numerous hats. You will need to be an innovative self-starter who is interested in working closely with our industry experts, and take the lead on your own as necessary to make a measurable impact. The insurance technology space is rapidly evolving, so it is essential that you can understand new processes/technologies and adapt quickly. Above all, we are looking for someone who is excited about working for a company that has a strong foundation dating back to 1947, but also has a start-up insurtech feel.
Role
You will:
- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of all B2B integrated campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analytics and evaluation of KPIs
- Maintain regular testing and measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Help us identify, define, and access submarkets of opportunities within our marketspace, and help us move into those new submarkets
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- Own the process of organizing any trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars
- Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with focus in Marketing, Communications, Business, or English
- MS Office experience: Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 3 - 5 years of experience working with marketing applications and effective management of marketing campaigns to deliver new business opportunities
- Basic use of video conference applications
- Effective use of search-based advertising and related capabilities
