We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Marketing Campaign Manager, Acquisition (Hybrid) on our AMA Insurance team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 2 days a week in the office.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, Acquisition (Hybrid) , you will responsible for developing and leading customer acquisition strategiesand campaigns. Responsible for expanding customer base, driving new businessgrowth, and retaining new customers through marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acquisition Campaign Strategy & Marketing Plan

  • Use behavioral data to analyze customer segments and identify target audiences, preferences, and selling propositions, enabling precise targeting and effective messaging.
  • Create and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience. Ensure maximum reach, engagement, and new customer growth across segments.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing plans across various channels including mail, digital, and email.
  • Oversee media buying processes and manage media contracts to achieve optimal return on ad spend and brand visibility.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve the highest return on ad spend from acquisition campaigns while staying within the defined budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and map customer journeys.
  • Optimize customer acquisition journey and maximize conversion rates by leveraging A/B testing and continuous data analysis.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, sales, and website to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives and effective execution of customer acquisition initiatives.

Performance Analysis & Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze performance of acquisition campaigns.
  • Providing regular reporting and insights to drive data driven decision making and campaign optimization.
  • Partner closely with Marketing Automation and CRM team and other marketing stack technology to streamline customer acquisition and retention processes, improve targeting, and enhance campaign efficiency.

May include other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree required.

2. Minimum of 5 years experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or other related roles.

3. Prove track record of successfully developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies.

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.

5. Proficient in targeting techniques and customer segmentation.

6. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

7. Exceptional program management and organizational skills.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
