Summary:

You will own the development and execution of measurable lead generation campaigns that deliver qualified results to the sales team. This includes creating compelling ads that convey our value proposition. managing paid digital programs and overseeing field marketing initiatives.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Own the generation of qualified leads that enable the sales team to meet revenue targets
  • Develop measurable demand generation campaigns that perform at or above industry standards
  • Work with a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with other departments, like sales, events and content, to develop and enhance strategies and build effective campaigns
  • Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns (MQLs, SALs and Pipeline) and implement improvements where necessary
  • Development and execution of ABM, vertical and cross-sell/upsell campaigns
  • Write compelling copy that converts for digital ads, the corporate website, landing pages, and email campaigns
  • Develop persona-based, high converting email nurture campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with CoEs at Quadient and international marketing teams
  • Manage the lead follow-up process in collaboration with Sales/SDR Management to meet target conversion ratios
  • Ensure digital marketing GTM deliverables for new product and feature launches are met

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years B2B digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience creating demand generation campaigns across digital marketing channels that perform at or above industry standards
  • Experience with CRO and A/B testing
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo
  • Understanding of web and digital analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data using tools such as SEMRush, Google Analytics
  • Ability to report and improve on ROAS and other ad performance metrics
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deliverables
  • Goal-oriented and with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
