Marketing Client Engagement Co-Ordinator

The Role
The Client Engagement Marketing Co-Ordinator will be responsible for providing marketing support to engage and grow our client base within Inizio Advisory and its four interconnected businesses – Research Partnership, Putnam, Vynamic and STEM. This role is a hybrid working position.
What you will be doingCorporate Brand Sponsorships/ Industry Conferences
- Co-ordinate Advisory and its businesses annual program of Partnership and Sponsorship initiatives
- Responsible for conference material creation and logistics. Oversees promotional material ordering and management.
- Ensure all sponsorship deals are tracked and maximised to get the best possible return on investment for Inizio Advisory

Manage relations with external event organisers, and supporting hospitality, to ensure the optimum positioning, presence and profile for Inizio Advisory and/ or the relevant businesses at appropriate industry and hospitality events.

Where relevant, work closely with Inizio Group and other Business Unit teams to ensure appropriate end to end management of all aspects of the events programme.

Work with the marketing leadership team to identify and coordinate other industry partnership engagement such as industry awards and membership body engagement.
Webinars & in-person events:

Working with the marketing leadership & relevant commercial teams to create and deliver a calendar of webinars and in-person events for Advisory and its businesses to generate client engagement and growth in alignment with the strategic goals.

Manage third party suppliers where necessary, budgets, invitations, monitor unsubscribes and bouncebacks, manage the event and presenters, track engagement and measure results for reporting. Â
Internal communications:

Working with the marketing leadership to nurture and foster a culture of client knowledge sharing and collaboration through internal communications channels used by Advisory and its businesses.Â
Sales toolkits:Â

Working with marketing leadership & relevant commercial leads to standardize and build compelling sales enablement materials for Advisory and its four businesses which tell a connected and complimentary story, aligned with client needs.

Maintain and build a library of assets that can be shared with and used by sales teams, including development and tracking of case studies.
Client comms and list managementÂ
- Data & list management: Build, update and maintain lists in partnership with relevant marketing/ commercial lead.
- Responsible for development (with the relevant marketing leader) and execution of client communications via Hubspot.Â
What you will need
- Experience in a professional services marketing role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in event management/ coordination is a must.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and product lifecycle.
- Degree level qualification, ideally in marketing or business studies.
- Ideally knowledge of HubSpot and CRM systems.
- Ideally you will understand the pharmaceutical consulting sector, and a willingness to grow and develop an in-depth understanding.
