Marketing Communication Specialist

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the planning and implementation of effective initiatives by supplying relevant material, utilizing effective communication channels and platforms in line with corporate identity and in close cooperation with Regional Marketing to attract customers and ensure support for strategic priorities.
This position is based in Riyadh & will report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage communication programs to promote Jotun’s brand through mass media channels, enhancing brand visibility, awareness, and overall company image.

• Oversee the development and usability of local digital platforms and online campaigns to improve Jotun’s brand visibility.

• Advise and support internal and external communication activities to ensure consistent and professional messaging that strengthens Jotun’s identity and image.

• Prepare and deliver integrated communications plans, collaborating with product, brand, and retail teams to achieve optimal project outcomes.

• Manage marketing events, branding, and sponsorships to ensure successful outcomes and enhance the brand image in line with company strategy.

• Coordinate with external agencies to produce communications, including advertising, brochures, event branding, videos, and online media, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and creativity standards.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

• Fluency in English – both verbally and written.

• Saudi Nationals Only - Due to localization.
