Marketing Communication Trainee

What You'll Do:

• Be an active part of multiple marketing campaigns, promoting our products, software, services, and solutions to targeted customer channels or segments.
• Plan, execute, and track lead generation activities such as digital and physical events, direct marketing (eDM) within a Sales & Marketing Automation (SMA) environment, customer channel programs, and social/paid/earned media. Aim to increase digital customer engagement and ensure the healthy growth of our contacts database.
• Manage website updates to improve customer experience, including keyword optimization (SEO), organic and paid traffic growth, and web satisfaction tools.
• Assist in planning and executing press and social media activities.
• Draft content for the company's owned media channels.
• Manage the production of marketing materials.

What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful:

• Currently a student or trainee in the final years of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Digitally savvy with skills in digital marketing and analytics, including direct marketing, digital advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); familiarity with eDM programs is an advantage.
• Action-oriented and curious, with a willingness to learn continuously and collaborate successfully with multiple departments.
