Marketing Communications Account Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project requests through the AWM Marketing Communications team. Liaise with US Product Marketing, Graphic Design and Marketing Services to provide production schedules, critical milestones and general updates
- Act as liaison between Global AWM Marketing Communications and US Product Marketing, ensuing we are developing effective communications strategies, using global assets where appropriate, finding opportunities to use US materials in other markets, and ensuring adherence to Global brand guidelines by internal and external creative teams
- Lead and assist with internal approval processes (Orbis) according to local and global SOPs: ensure submissions are complete and review ready, support initiators in obtaining and understanding required edits from the reviews, notify the initiator when the material is final approved; maintain the complete records of the review process, remove expired or obsolete materials, maintain current reviewed documents and an electronic library of approved materials, archive files and materials
- Establish and maintain materials on the literature ordering and fulfillment site - management of inventory, creating reports on inventory status, coordination of special orders, and administration of the site
Requirements
Education:
- BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
Experience:
- The role requires 5 years minimum professional experience in a marketing communications role if coupled with a Bachelor's Degree
- The ideal candidate will have worked across local and global teams and have experience of handling a fluid and diverse workload and multiple collaborators.
- Experience within healthcare or a highly regulated industry is a plus.

- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle many projects at one time and maintain calm under pressure
- Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance opposing stakeholder demands and assist them to adhere to existing processes
- Must be proficient in MS Office, Project Management software, with working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Copywriting skills will be considered be a differentiator for candidates
