Marketing Communications Associate

Our Marketing Department is in needed of a skilled marketing and content writer to produce content, case studies, SlideShares, Infographics, presentations and more for a supply chain logistics audience. We are looking for a skilled writer who can not only write informative, educational content but also persuasive sales and marketing materials, emails, and creative campaign messaging.

Candidates must have either an education in supply chain logistics or a minimum of two years of experience working in the industry. This position requires an understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain concepts as well as the ability to properly use industry terminology.

The Marketing Communications Associate is a key part of the marketing team and will be cross-trained to perform other marketing duties such as event planning and coordination, social media, promotional marketing campaign planning, staging and monitoring and more.

• Produce marketing and business development written communications including:
• Blogs
• Client case studies
• Email campaigns, landing pages, sales, and marketing materials
• Press releases and public relations communications
• Internal communications
• Presentations
• Infographics, SlideShares, white papers, articles, and other written content about supply chain logistics issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have supply chain logistics education or substantial experience
• Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or communications formal education
• Prefer Bachelor's degree but will consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• Excellent skills in clear, effective communications, (storytelling, and persuasive writing experience desirable but not required)
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
