Marketing Communications Intern

To help execute upon this mission, nCino's Marketing Department is seeking a Social Media and Communications Intern to join our team for 15-20 hours per week. This role will be responsible for providing writing, editing and research support for the Social Media and Communications team, including nCino's social media, corporate Newsroom, website copy and other marketing collateral as needed. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic professional with a passion for writing, editing and proofreading, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with writing, editing and proofreading social media, Newsroom and communications content, including social media posts, articles, emails and other marketing collateral to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency
• Support nCino's corporate social media efforts by helping to develop social posts to amplify content, tailored to each platform and audience
• Monitor social media analytics and prepare monthly reports to better understand effectiveness and overall performance of social media campaigns, and perform social listening to analyze broader conversations and trends
• Conduct research to support nCino's point of view by identifying relevant statistics, trends and examples via industry reports and articles
• Copyedit and proofread content for the nCino Newsroom and social media platforms
