We're looking for a Marketing Communications Intern, who will work closely with our Marketing Communications Specialists who act as the pivot point between our product groups and other marketing resources to help bring products to market, increase brand awareness and support our sales efforts. Knowledge of welding is not required, but an affinity for modern marketing practices and techniques is a must.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Pursing a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business, or comparable discipline is required
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Understanding of B2B and B2C communications practices.
• Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of desktop publishing software
• Excellent project management skills is desired
• Familiar with organizational social media, web content creation and management, analytics, search engine optimization, and online advertising programs
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Desire to work in an fast paced, industrial environment
