Marketing Communications Manager

We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Managerto join our team.

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for keeping the organization informed as our company and products evolve as well supporting marketing writing and editing needs. They will create and manage communication strategies that will set our employees up for success, contribute to a strong, engaged internal culture, and help build a consistent internal and external brand for Relatient.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Manager

• Develop communication guidelines and a schedule to deliver information on a regular cadence
• Write and edit internal and external content to ensure consistent language to support the Relatient brand
• Build and maintain an internal communications hub/knowledge base; collaborate with cross-functional leadership and peers to drive the initial build and ongoing maintenance of content as needed
• Responsible for managing communications within the organization including company-wide newsletters, emails, campaigns, presentation templates, FAQs, etc.
• Develop and promote an internal brand consistent with our product messaging to build ambassadors out of our employees
• Create written content for various audiences, including but not limited to: executives, shareholders, employees, applicants, clients, and prospects using a variety of platforms such as HubSpot, SharePoint, Slack, Email, Presentations, etc.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to simplify and communicate product roadmap and enhancements along with other operational updates as needed
• Consistently audit internal resources to ensure pages contain current branding, voice, approved messaging, and up-to-date resources
• Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure internal branded content is up to date and accurately reflects our work culture and environment
• Additional responsibilities as needed by the organization

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• 3 or more years of experience in a communications or marketing environment; preferably in healthcare
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong creative thinking with understanding of how to move projects from ideation to execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in web-design and content creation
• Proven experience with tracking results and executing projects within specified deadlines
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
• HTML Capabilities
• Ability to think creatively in testing new approaches to communication, iterating based on feedback, and proactively suggesting ideas for improvement
