As a Marketing Communications Manager, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, expanding our reach and influence through multi-channel marketing campaigns. You won't just be a manager; you'll be a marketing visionary who shapes our brand and clinical solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Elevate Our Reputation: Be the driving force behind enhancing LifeNet Health's reputation and the Biologics divisions. Let's put our mark on the healthcare and medical device spaces.
  • Multi-Channel Mastery: Utilize the power of paid, earned, shared, and owned media to captivate your audience. You'll harness the full spectrum of marketing channels to engage with healthcare professionals.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our client departments to ensure our marketing strategies align perfectly with their strategic objectives. We're all about teamwork and achieving collective success.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Assess the performance of your campaigns using well-defined performance indicators. Numbers don't lie, and we want you to use them to fuel your creativity.
  • Unleash Your Creativity: Partner with internal and external resources, including agencies, to bring your marketing strategies to life. Whether it's through email, websites, social media, public relations, live events, content marketing, or video/multimedia, your creativity will know no bounds.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of Experience developing, executing, and assessing comprehensive marketing and public relations programs - including paid, earned, shared and owned media - in a corporate or agency setting

  • Communication skills: Written, verbal and presentation; ability to engage, inspire and influence people.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, implement and monitor assignments effectively to meet the needs of the business.
  • Time Management: Ability to use time in an effective and productive manger with ability to work under pressure with tight timelines, make critical decisions and maintain a sense of focus and urgency.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns: Includes experience in message creation, content development, audience targeting/segmentation - utilizing email, social media, and web platforms.
  • Develop Communication: Demonstrated capability to communicate overall strategies and tactical requirements to internal (such as graphic designer) and external (creative agency, web developer) resources in order to develop high-quality and effective assets.
