Description:
Overseeing written & print communications, social media, media relations, website content, video content, crisis communications, and ensuring brand messaging is timely and consistent across all platforms. Ensure the needs of our targeted audience are met with the assistance of 2 staff members.
Responsibilities
β’ Oversee the development of strategic communications of the company's products and goals
β’ Work cross-functionally with different organizations
β’ Create and implement compelling marketing content: letters, scripts, speeches, multimedia presentations
β’ Track data on effectiveness of campaigns
β’ Oversee the day-to-day functions in the department, including overseeing & assign activities to staff; attend development activities; annual report;
β’ Create, Edit, approve marketing content; podcast, photography, video, etc.
β’ Monitor budgetRequirements:
β’ Associateβs degree required.
β’ Bachelor's degree, preferred, in Communications, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
β’ 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications and non-profit preferred.
β’ 2 years supervisory experience direct or indirect reports.
β’ Bi-lingual (Spanish)
