Job Description:

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for managing the communications strategy for large strategic groups.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Manages marketing communications and marketing material production.
• Builds relationships with business partners across the enterprise to define and establish appropriate communication strategies and timelines to support corporate and operational initiatives.
• Authors creative briefs, audience segmentation strategies and media plans to aid the development of communications.
• Creates and maintains departmental communication projects and materials and assists in production, distribution and measurement/success tracking.
• Explores and implements additional ways to promote additional programs.
• Manages the account web site, training and communications to the account and the operations and implementation team.
• Trains service operations and internal clients on policy changes through training materials, hands-on training and ongoing updates.
• Reports KPIs and campaign results to business partners, peers and leaders.
• Submits and signs off on requirements for execution teams to bring communication strategies to life.

Minimum Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

• Prior experience in communications and marketing in a health care environment preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location, the salary* range for this specific position is $85,008 to $117,512
