MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & OPERATIONS MANAGERESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop paid and owned media strategies, tactics, processes, and tools - including analytics and lead implementation
• Generate insightful performance reports and offer actionable recommendations
• Manage & optimize paid media spend, ensuring budgets are spent without under/over-delivery and towards best-performing placements/audiences; develop accurate spend accruals and forecasting
• Lead paid media and CRM-related processes, ensuring smooth deployment, execution, tracking/tagging, and measurement of campaigns
• Provide timely updates on campaign health, pointing out opportunities, and/or raising concerns about negative trends
• Serve as a key point of contact with Finance around paid media expenditure
• Drive best practices and innovation in creating and deploying industry-leading media plans/activations; teaching the role of paid media and CRM channels in achieving objectives
• Lead Marketing Operations team in overseeing efficient, responsible, timely execution of all Marketing and Creative Programming initiatives
• Includes managing budgets as well as overseeing logistical elements of execution (technical specifications, placing orders, trafficking assets, obtaining approvals, as well as various on-site/day of responsibilities for events)
• With department heads and social team, collaborate on setting goals and creating plans for building/growing an active community of ambassadors and influencers

COMPENSATION

The annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000. Final compensation will be based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and overall experience.
