Marketing Communications Senior Specialist

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are now looking for a talented colleague for “Marketing Communications Senior Specialist” position which will work in a fast-growing environment. In the context of your job, you will report to Colour and Communication Manager and be directly responsible from the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Jotun’s internal and external communications to enhance the brand’s presence, awareness and equity,
• Coordinate PR, event, digital, creative, media buying agencies,
• Develop Jotun’s digital solutions based on user analysis, insight and future digital trends,
• Coordinate the digital activities, promotions and advertisements, including social media and any external consultants, manage and/or create content for publications,
• Support Brand and Retail Marketing Management on development of marketing material to maximize impact based on target group and activity objectives,
• Ensure focus on the relevant and most impactful parts of 360 degrees communication mix. Evaluate proposals and ensure a consistent tone of voice in accordance with corporate and segment guidelines,
• Measure effect of external communication activities and optimize the marketing mix accordingly,
• Assure relevant and consistent internal and external communication per corporate guidelines, policy, segment directions and strategy,
• Understand key insights of professional target groups like architects and designers and support creation of colour and product selling tools,
• Follow colour trends, create trend presentation materials, support colour academy and communicate these to professional target groups like media, influencers, architects and designers,
• Support and develop the implementation Jotun’s colour tools (launches and exhibitions) ensuring consistency of Jotun’s quality and positioning,
• Support to promote Jotun’s position in terms of colour, design and home decor

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What We Are Looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Marketing, Communications or other related department,
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing communication,
• ​Knowledgeable about the dynamics of all social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Preferably deep understanding of digital advertising tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads,
• Fluency in English and Turkish both writing and speaking,
• Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel),
• Passionate for working in a dynamic environment,
• Multi-tasking,
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills,
• Proactive and initiative taker,
• Constructive teamwork,
• Influence others,
• Hunger to learn, drive to change,
• Have no restrictions to travel and get to know new & exciting people
