Overview

Talent Pool - Administrative & ClericalThe Marketing and Communications Specialist serves as day-to-day contact with specific client groups. The Marketing and Communications Specialist works with clients to identify marketing and communications opportunities, works with Marketing Manager to develop overall marketing and communications strategies, translates these strategies into plans and develops and collaborates with graphic designers, photographers and other partners to execute tactics identified in the plans. Client groups include department leaders, hospital administration and others in the organization. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with occasional weekend or evening events.

Responsibilities

• Help manage internal communications for healthcare organization.
• Work with service lines to develop meaningful marketing tools to communicate with patients and community.
• Provide strong financial management of marketing budgets.
• Manage outside vendor relationships that help client groups accomplish marketing and communication goals.
• Facilitate marketing initiatives that promote effective communication between administration and healthcare staff.
• Continue developing & implementing Strategic Communications to support integration with Cone Health.
• Work with Marketing Manager to develop overall marketing and communication strategies.
• Work with visual communications manager to guide advertising in appropriate markets.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree

PREFERRED: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or English

EXPERIENCE:REQUIRED: Five (5) years of relevant experience
